1. Description of Service

Rhema is a daily Bible devotional application that uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalized scripture verses and reflections based on your personal story. It is intended for devotional and inspirational use.

2. Accounts and Access

• An anonymous account is created automatically when you first open the app
• You may optionally link a Google or Apple account for account recovery and cross-device sync
• Without a linked account, uninstalling the app or resetting your device may permanently erase your data
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the stories or narratives you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it only to provide the app experience.

We do not use your content for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train our own models.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Reflections and verse selections are generated with AI assistance
• The content is intended for devotional reflection only
• It is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care
• We cannot guarantee theological alignment with every tradition

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Rhema may provide limited complimentary access to daily personalized verses before requiring a Premium subscription for continued daily delivery. Complimentary access terms may vary by version, platform, promotion, or eligibility.

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable in-app subscriptions. Store-specific billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by Apple or Google, as applicable.

When complimentary access ends, non-premium users may stop receiving new daily personalized verses and push notifications unless they subscribe.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to access another user account or bypass security controls
• Do not reverse engineer or abuse the service with automated access
• Do not submit harmful or abusive content

7. Intellectual Property

The app, brand, interface, and code are owned by Rhema. Bible text and devotional output are provided for personal, non-commercial use inside the product experience.

8. Notifications

Rhema may send notifications to deliver your daily verse. You can manage notification access through the app or your device settings.

9. Account Deletion

• You can delete your account inside the app at any time
• Deletion is immediate and irreversible
• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel active subscriptions

10. Disclaimers and Liability

Rhema is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss tied to anonymous account expiration or interruptions in service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
